The reason why I love creating yoga videos that are around 5 to 10 minutes long is because that is the reality where I also live in! In the morning, I always push meditation as my priority and sometimes I might be running a little late so actual asana practice won't be longer than 5-10 minutes. So here this is a simple routine that you can play around with and get that little energy boost in the morning!
